Summary :
Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Training Program and LMS Coordinator who is looking to work with the largest privately-held rigid plastics manufacturer in North America. The Training Program Coordinator / LMS Coordinator will be responsible for the administration and coordination of company training programs, and the maintenance of company training systems.
Duties :
- Organize, prepare, and ship training materials to multiple locations
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate training for company personnel
- Assist in creating and proofing training materials
- Participate in meetings related to training curriculum and schedules
- Maintain training files and adhere to training requirements and timelines
- Manage event registration, communication, and logistical inquiries
- Coordinate with event facilitators and manage event scheduling
- Compile and analyze evaluation data
- Order and maintain supplies for the training team
- Assist with virtual training sessions and technical support
- Serve as the Learning Management System (LMS) point of contact
- Monitor LMS imports and troubleshoot issues
- Liaise with vendors for system-related matters
- Assist in uploading and testing courses on the LMS
