We are seeking a strategic, outcome-focused Manager of CRM and Reporting Platforms to lead a cross-functional team of CRM developers, Product Managers, and Reporting Analysts. This person will be responsible for managing people, aligning priorities with business stakeholders, and driving the maturity of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise reporting platforms.
As a primary partner to the Sales Operations team, you will ensure that our CRM and reporting capabilities are optimized for scale, aligned with business goals, and delivering measurable value. This role requires someone who leads through others, values strategic clarity, and takes accountability for delivering high-impact solutions, not just features.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of CRM developers, Product Managers, and Reporting Analysts through coaching, building team capability, and continuous improvement
Develop and drive the product development and service roadmap in support of the Global Client Group department
Work with stakeholders in the Global Client Group to understand current business processes and look for opportunities to leverage technology to increase automation and drive efficiencies
Ensure alignment on priorities to achieve firm and department objectives
Manage vendor relationships, software licenses, consultant contracts, and monitor associated financial commitments
Communicate across technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity on priorities, trade-offs, and timelines
Oversee the design, and enhancement of CRM solutions within Microsoft Dynamics
Focus on professional development and continuous improvement by identifying skill gaps, seeking feedback, and pursuing learning opportunities
Identify and pursue opportunities to improve ROI and drive delivery through the team while providing clear progress updates to leadership
Maintain a strong orientation toward business outcomes, ensuring that every initiative drives measurable value rather than just activity
Leverage data to guide decisions, using OKRs, KPIs, and other metrics to align team efforts with business outcomes
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, etc.
10+ years of relevant work experience driving technical product management, business analysis, engineering management and operations efforts
Experience solving business problems through the design and development of solutions in a CRM platform
Deep understanding of CRM systems with a preference for Microsoft Dynamics
Experience as a hands-on architect or developer within Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
Growth mindset, adaptability, and commitment to continued development of self and others
Prior experience with project management, quality assurance and operations
Strong understanding of Agile software development and the ability to lead cross-functional distributed teams to provide successful outcomes
Continuous learner and independent thinker who can work collaboratively with others
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven track record building, leading, and developing high-performing distributed teams
Prior experience managing multiple vendors, contract and associated financial commitments
Demonstrated strength in connecting technical delivery to business impact

PREFERRED
Take a software engineering approach and demonstrate automation and security mindsets
Experience with enterprise reporting tools (such as Coric or Vermilion) and underlying data structures, with the ability to support scalable, reliable reporting solutions
Familiarity with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools for interactive reporting and dashboard creation
Knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms (such as Microsoft Customer Insights-Journeys)
Experience using OKRs or similar frameworks to align teams and measure success
Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, etc.
