Locum Tenens (Temporary Assignment) ️ Job Summary :

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist to provide locum tenens coverage at outpatient and / or inpatient facilities in the Phoenix and Scottsdale region. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work with a collaborative team in a thriving healthcare environment. Responsibilities :

• Perform GI procedures including EGD, colonoscopy , and consultative services
• Diagnose and treat gastrointestinal disorders
• Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Participate in call coverage as needed (may include nights / weekends)
• Document patient encounters in EMR systems
