Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Confident, self-starter who works well independently. Being bilingual is a plus but not necessary. Good communication skills. Strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize. Be technology proficient and able to use computers very comfortably. Prior Allstate Ins experience is a plus but not necessary.

The Cassidy Insurance Group, an Allstate Insurance Agency proudly serving Southwest Florida, is expanding and has an opening for a full time OFFICE / SALES MANAGER with a strong insurance sales and service background. Our agency continues to drive growth, and we are looking for a take charge individual who is ready to contribute to that long term growth. If you are ready to build upon your insurance career, and are 220 licensed and have vast insurance sales experience, apply now! Prior Allstate Insurance experience is a plus, but not necessary. Opportunity for continued career progression. Meeting and exceeding individual and office goals can contribute to a salary of SIX FIGURES and more.
