WHAT YOU WILL DO :

As an AV Event Coordinator, you will support our client's audio visual team in planning and executing corporate events. You will manage end-to-end event production, ensuring staff, venue, and technologies are aligned for the successful delivery of our client's events program, which includes on-site, virtual, and off-site events. You will play a key role in identifying risks and opportunities, promoting team success, and ensuring each event reflects the client's brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Coordinate and execute corporate events across various formats (on-site, virtual, off-site).
• Own end-to-end event logistics, including vendor management and burst labor coordination.
• Develop detailed production timelines and run-of-show documentation.
• Identify risks proactively and recommend corrective actions to management.
• Support internal communications and cross-departmental collaboration for event promotion.
• Establish success criteria and evaluate event impact through post-event reporting and scorecards.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance event experiences.
