Occupational Therapy Assistant

Location : School District (All sites within 15 minutes of the district office)

Pay Rate : $45 / hour Hours : 24 hours / week Schedule : To be discussed during interview (potentially 3 days / week) Interview Format : Virtual or In-Person

Position Summary : We are currently seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our school-based therapy team. This part-time position supports students from Pre-K through 8th grade, working collaboratively with an Occupational Therapist to serve a shared caseload of approximately 90 students. Caseload assignments will be based on your expertise and experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver occupational therapy services aligned with student IEP goals
• Collaborate with the supervising OT to implement effective interventions
• Support students' fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skill development
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Travel between school sites (all within a short radius of the district office)
