Job Description :
As a Call Center Agent at MetrixIT Solutions you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls addressing customer inquiries and concerns and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
Job Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and provide assistance
- Address customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Document all interactions with customers accurately in the system
- Meet performance targets for call quality customer satisfaction and productivity
