ECEAP Family Support Coach

Community-Minded Enterprises (CME) is seeking a compassionate, community-driven Family Support Coach to join our Early Learning team. In this role, you will work closely with our Family Support Specialist and ECEAP Manager to recruit, engage, and support Russian and / or Ukrainian-speaking families whose children are enrolled in CME's ECEAP program.

What You'll Do

You will build trusting, supportive relationships with families and help them navigate the early learning system, connect to community resources, and advance toward self-sufficiency. Core responsibilities include :

Family Engagement & Support

• Meet with families to set goals, follow up, and document progress using Mobility Mentoring.
• Conduct family support conferences three times per year.
• Provide interpretation and translation for families and ECEAP staff (Russian / Ukrainian English).
• Conduct home visits with the ECEAP team.
• Advocate for families to access services such as health, dental, mental health, housing, employment, and financial assistance.
• Support health screenings, including assisting families with well-child exams and dental appointments.
