About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Marketing to serve as a growth catalyst for its multi-brand residential home services platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for demand generation, customer acquisition, and topline growth across the portfolio of brands. This role involves leading a team, overseeing a marketing budget, and delivering measurable results through integrated, multi-channel campaigns. The VP, Marketing will also be tasked with strengthening the marketing technology stack, optimizing systems, data infrastructure, and BI dashboards to enhance attribution, insights, and ROI. A key focus will be on scaling digital performance, elevating brand impact, and supporting the company's expansion through ongoing acquisitions.

We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven executive with a proven track record in building lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer acquisition engines, particularly in multi-brand, distributed service models. The ideal candidate will have experience in paid search, social and display advertising, digital listings, local SEO, and be adept at optimizing the digital customer journey. They should be adept at segmentation, targeting, and have a strong background in analytics and attribution. The role requires a leader who is resourceful, collaborative, and results-oriented, with a builder's mindset and a strong focus on brand and customer. Experience in home services or multi-unit retail / franchise businesses is highly valued, as is a background in agency oversight and a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
