Key Responsibilities :

• Train and guide AI models to accurately represent real-world clinical and administrative decision-making within hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks.
• Provide insights and feedback on AI system outputs to ensure alignment with best practices in medical and health services management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI training materials and case scenarios based on practical healthcare operations.
• Provide expert knowledge to help AI trainers simulate the role of Medical and Health Services Managers across diverse healthcare settings.
• Continuously assess and improve AI content for accuracy, credibility, and relevance to healthcare management applications.
• Ensure all training and development activities comply with regulatory standards, ethical guidelines, and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Clearly communicate complex clinical concepts in both written and verbal formats to technical and non-technical audiences.
