JOB TITLE : Maintenance Mechanic – 3
Shift
LOCATION : Phoenix, AZ
DURATION : 12 Months (Temporary / Contract)
PAY RATE : $30 per hour W2
JOB DESCRIPTION :
The job is 9 : 00 PM though 5 : 30 AM night shift. (Training will be on 1st shift hours for 4 weeks)
Sun 9 : 00 PM -5 : 30 AM Mon half hour lunch
Mon 9 : 00 PM -5 : 30 AM Tuesday half hour lunch
Tuesday 9 : 00 PM -5 : 30 AM Wednesday half hour lunch
Wednesday 9 : 00 PM – 5 : 30 AM Thursday half hour lunch
Thursday 9 : 00 PM – 5 : 30 AM Friday half hour lunch
Total= 40-hour work week
Description :
Support the preventative maintenance programme by carrying out effective maintenance routines and repairs to prolong the useful life and optimize the efficiency of production equipment.
Key responsibilities / essential functions include :
Quality Specific Goals :
1. Aware of and comply with QA Facilities (including Clean Room if applicable), Preventative Maintenance, Calibration, Good Documentation Practices, Material Segregation and Control requirements as associated with this job type / position.
2. Aware of and comply with the Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type / position
3. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
4. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
Required Qualifications :
1. High school diploma or local equivalent
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in machine maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong electrical and electronic repair and diagnostic skills.
4. General skills and expertise related to maintenance and facilities activities.
5. Demonstrate levels of theoretical knowledge with practical application.
6. Relevant working knowledge of a regulated industry and GMP.
7. Basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
1. Experience in pneumatic and hydraulic fault finding and repair
2. Completed Engineering Apprenticeship in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumental Engineering.
