Position Summary
This position is responsible for providing thought leadership, vision, and overall management and performance of the portfolio. Ensures portfolio teams are aligned with business objectives and company strategy, that portfolio investments are focused on highest value opportunities for our business, and that value objectives for the portfolio are realized.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and execute the portfolio strategy and roadmapCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize the features and functionality required to deliver a best-in-class digital servicesConduct research and analysis to understand business constraints and customer / user needs, preferences, and behaviors to inform technology decisions.Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to digital services and capabilities to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.Build, develop, and support high-performing cross-functional portfolio teamsEngage with stakeholders to understand the most pressing business needs and opportunities and align stakeholders and portfolio teams around the highest value initiatives for funding and governance approval.Provide overall portfolio governance and oversight. Regularly reviewing portfolio performance with stakeholders to assess results and adjust priorities, strategy, and investmentsIdentify key strategic outcomes and success measures for the portfolioInitiate, review, and prioritize all new requests for enterprise capabilities that need investment consideration and governance approvalEnsure all technical solutions, projects, and initiatives are aligned to business objectives and company strategyPromotes a culture of collaboration, co-creation, and team successTrack and optimize investments in digital capabilities to maximize business and business valueIdentify emerging business and technology needsManage cross-portfolio dependencies and conflictsBuilds and leverages deep business domain expertise to identify opportunities to improve or expand digital capabilities aligned with the business strategyMaintain the security of confidential informationStay abreast of advances in technologyDemonstrate regular and prompt attendancePerforms other related duties as necessary or assignedSupervisory and / or Leadership Responsibilities
A full range of supervisory activities, training, evaluation, counseling, and recommendation for termination. This includes, but is not limited to, effectively communicating organizational policies and other information to subordinates, ensuring that employees have a clear understanding of their responsibilities.

Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldDirectly related experience may substitute for educationSeven years of directly related experience including portfolio specific systemsPreferred experience :Enterprise Portfolio Manager – ERP, HR, Asset Management, payroll, and / or financial systems
