Your role & responsibilities
Architect and configure Workday HCM to align with organizational goalsLead integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems and third-party servicesEnsure platform scalability, security, and compliance with global data protection regulationsDrive innovation and maximize ROI on Workday investmentsGuide implementations across modules : HR, Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, and Talent ManagementTranslate business needs into technical solutions through stakeholder collaborationMentor teams, provide expert-level support, and promote platform adoptionSkills & experience you should possess
10+ years of experience with Workday or comparable HR / ERP systemsDeep expertise in Workday architecture, modules, and integrationsStrong skills in security design, reporting, and data analyticsProven leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilitiesExcellent communication skills to bridge technical and business needsBonus points if you have
Experience with global Workday deploymentsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise architecture frameworksExposure to Workday Extend or Prism AnalyticsEducation & certifications you need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)Workday HCM Certification requiredWhat we offer
