Job Summary Our Front Desk Coordinators are self-motivated, adept at multitasking and communication, and know how to make every client experience the best it can possibly be.
Responsibilities
Welcome visitors by greeting them either in person or on the telephone with friendly customer service, answers and helping them to get what they need. Refer clients to other shops if yours is too busy. Act as an agent for every client, doing everything possible to get them in for a service at any location at their needed timeSchedule appointments strategically, always remembering to take calculated risks to maximize salesOffer water or beer to all Birds visitors. All Front Desk Coordinator must be TABC certified and check ID for these transactionsComplete accurate intake of all client information, ensuring the accuracy of the date. Maintain upkeep of client data including the merging of multiple accountsProcess customer payment for services and products, ensuring accuracy throughout these transactionsPrepare cash drawer, and handle cash / deposits during shift. Report / troubleshoot cash drawer discrepancies and hold responsibility for said discrepanciesRestock supplies and beverages, report shortages to the Senior Manager or DirectorReceive supply orders, input them into the system, and put them away.
Launder, fold, and re-stock towels and capes. Prepare and replenish hot towels.Ensure shop cleanliness at all times & maintain the shop cleaning duties checklist.Provide consistent feedback to the Shop Director about staff performance, tardiness, absences, etc.Qualifications
1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
