Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are considered. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in estimating for renovations, reconstruction, and multi-family housing.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to prepare estimates for materials, labor, and time needed for project completion.
• Utilize Bluebeam to create digital take-offs and accurate cost breakdowns.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to gather necessary information for estimates.
• Analyze historical data to develop cost models and improve future estimates.
• Prepare written proposals and present cost estimates to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in pricing to ensure competitive estimates.
