Key Responsibilities :

• Dive into incoming GPO membership cases, apply specific rules, and reconcile membership details with precision.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate resolution of membership inquiries.
• Use Salesforce and Power BI dashboards to manage data, track progress, and deliver insights.
• Juggle multiple priorities with confidence and urgency, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and engagement campaigns that strengthen GPO relationships.
• Analyze membership trends and share actionable insights with leadership.
• Keep documentation fresh and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Training & Work Environment :

This remote position begins with remote training designed to set you up for success. You’ll spend 2-3 weeks learning systems and working side-by-side with a leader or senior team member. Once training is complete, you’ll begin working independently-but you won’t be alone. You’ll stay closely connected with your leader for several months as you continue learning the ins and outs of your role in real time.

Compensation :

We value your growth and potential. This role offers a starting rate of $26.00 / hour , plus a 5% annual incentive .
