LPN - $3,500

RN - $5,000

What You’ll Do

Deliver safe, resident-centered nursing care

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, physicians, and families

Serve as a clinical resource and role model for staff

Requirements

Active LPN or RN license in Kentucky (or compact / reciprocal state) in good standings with no restrictions

Current CPR certification

Long-term care experience preferred
