Travel Nurse RN - Case Management

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Fairfield, California.

Required : BLS, ACLS, RN license

M-F, 8-5 Some weekend coverage needed (same hours, mostly on Saturdays)

Minimum 2 years of experience

The priority is experience as we want someone who can come in and have no more than a couple days of orientation before being able to jump in and take on their own assignment. The patient load could be 18-20 patients, and the case manager would need to know how to identify needs of the patients, prioritize tasks and how to expedite discharges.
