We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Applications Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers a hybrid work environment, combining the flexibility of remote work with the benefits of in-office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

Support various business applications for Financial Accounting, Contracts, Billing, Timesheets, AP Invoicing, Payroll, and Supply Chain purchasing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and productivity.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s in Information Technology or a related technical field plus 8 or more years related experience.

Experience with Java, application interface / integration with XML web services interfaces, and advanced Oracle PL / SQL skills.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, professional, and able to communicate effectively with all levels of management.

Ability to work under minimal direct supervision.
