Texas Licensed Utilization Review Nurse

A company is looking for a Utilization Management Review Nurse to assist in their Health Services Department.

Key Responsibilities

Complete prior authorization and retrospective reviews of various medical services

Refer cases to Medical Directors as needed

Maintain knowledge of regulations and internal policies

Required Qualifications

Active and unrestricted LVN license in Texas

Experience with Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook

Two years of health plan, IPA, or MSO experience

Experience in educating and training staff
