Lead Generator Schedule : Mon-Fri 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm Pay : $17.30 / hr plus commission / bonuses Job Description Generate sales opportunities by making 130-150 outbound calls daily to prospects in our existing database to schedule on site visits for Outside Sales Representatives. Update leads in the system with accurate coding and detailed notes based on each call's outcome. Map out targeted areas, considering the distance between appointments, to optimize scheduling. Play a critical role in driving the company’s top-line revenue growth by ensuring the success of lead generation efforts. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent education required. Previous outbound call center and / or inside sales or telemarketing experience Strong communication skills across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to perform well under pressure. Proficient with computers; prior experience with administrative tasks and / or CRM software is preferred.
