RN - Inpatient Surgical Unit | Nights (Rotating Weekends) | $25K Sign-On | Gainesville, FL

Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Inpatient Surgical Unit team in Gainesville, FL. This role focuses on providing high-quality care for post-surgical patients , including wound care, abdominal surgery recovery, and overnight monitoring . What You Will Do :

• Provide direct nursing care for post-surgical patients in a medical-surgical unit
• Monitor patients who have recovered from PACU, including abdominal surgeries
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide post-surgical care instructions
• Maintain patient safety and comfort while following established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care
• Manage a nurse-to-patient ratio of 7 : 1 in a 45-bed unit
