About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Corporate Finance team in Puyallup, Washington. Our team supports a diverse range of clients, including municipalities, state and federal agencies, and tribes. This is a hybrid position working in our Puyallup, Washington office. Our in-office time allows for training, mentorship, and collaboration. You will report to the Accounting and Finance Supervisor and help ensure accurate and efficient accounts payable processes that align with our commitment to exceptional client service and compliance.

You Will :

• Process a high-volume of invoices and employee expense reports ensuring proper coding, approvals, and compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
• Reconcile bank accounts, handle ACH payments, and track fixed assets using BST10, Emburse / ChromeRiver, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Excel, and related software.
• Investigate discrepancies, research data, and elevate issues for resolution.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients to maintain relationships and provide exceptional support.
• Contribute to team success by meeting deadlines, enhancing processes, and upholding quality standards.

You Have :

Compensation Information : Base salary for this position is in the range of $60,000-$75,000. Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. We value transparency and look forward to discussing our compensation structure.
