As Head of Growth Marketing, you will architect and execute a full-funnel strategy to drive profitable and repeatable customer growthtransforming eight-figure budgets into impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities :

• Architect the full acquisition stackpaid social, search, programmatic, affiliate, CTV
• Stand up clean data pipes and attribution models to tie every dollar to LTV
• Drive rapid-fire testing on creative, offers, and landing pages; kill losers fast, double down on winners
• Build and mentor a team of A-level channel specialists and analysts
• Deliver board-ready weekly scorecards that translate CAC, MER, and payback into plain English
