Executive Bonds Producer

Are you ready to take your expertise in surety bonds to the next level? We’re looking for a driven professional to build lasting relationships with clients and carriers.

What You’ll Do :

Provide in-house bond underwriting expertise.

Support current bond clients by maintaining and securing surety through carrier relationships and financial guidance.

Partner with producers to serve surety clients and prospects.

Actively develop and grow new bond clients, focusing on those needing bond lines of $5 million or less.

Prospect for new opportunities and expand our presence in the bond marketplace.

This is not a clerical or data entry role. This is a growth-focused opportunity for someone who thrives in outside sales, client development, and business building.

Qualifications :

Minimum 3 years of bond underwriting or equivalent experience.

Strong ability and motivation to prospect and grow new business.

A proactive mindset with the drive to lead and expand a bond program.
