Responsibilities :

• Medication & Treatment : Administer medications and treatments per healthcare provider orders, adhering to all policies.
• Resident Support : Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, maintaining accurate records.
• Personal Care : Provide emotional and social support, following individualized care plans.
• Community Standards : Adhere to all community policies, ensuring a welcoming environment.

Requirements :

Shift Details : Per Diem, covering all traditional shifts, including weekends
