REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Control Rooms Specialist in Winston-Salem North Carolina

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Align production schedules and staffing requirements to ensure operational goals are met supporting management in balancing resources for optimal workflow.
• Provide leadership and clear communication to team members and management fostering collaboration and driving productivity equipment utilization and overall efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze production processes using accurate data making timely adjustments and implementing improvements to enhance performance and reduce losses.
• Coordinate closely with production planning and scheduling teams ensuring materials are delivered on time and functional scheduling maximizes throughput.
• Oversee equipment setup operation and maintenance inspecting systems for proper functionality reporting issues promptly and documenting activities related to equipment ownership and loss prevention.
