Industrial Equipment Reliability Technician

Location : Avon MA

Schedule : 1st Shift 7 : 00am3 : 30pm

Compensation : $29.00$34.00 per hour commensurate with skills and experience

A day in this role

When your shift begins at 7 : 00am youll review maintenance tickets and walk the production floor to prioritize tasks. From calibrating sensors and aligning components to diagnosing a stubborn mechanical fault youll make sure our equipment runs safely and efficiently so customers get the quality they expectright on time.

What youll tackle

• Plan and perform routine service : cleaning lubrication alignment / adjustments and calibration.
• Test troubleshoot and repair production machinery; source and install replacement parts.
• Execute preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems to maximize uptime.
• Analyze failures and recommend upgrades to boost availability capability and yield.
• Diagnose complex equipment issues and resolve root causes.
• Create clear technical reports documenting modifications and maintenance procedures.
