Donor Relations Coordinator

Location : Surprise, AZ.

Pay Rate : $19.44 / hr | Hourly, Non-Exempt.

Schedule : 40 hours / week, Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM (occasional evenings & weekends for events).

• Only applicants with 1–2 years of experience with Raiser’s Edge or similar donor database will be considered.

About the Role :

Join our mission-driven team as a Donor Relations Coordinator, where you'll provide key administrative support to Benevilla’s fundraising and development efforts. Working closely with the Vice President of Donor Relations, this role helps coordinate donor communications, fundraising activities, and event logistics. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and donor engagement, all while contributing to the success of our nonprofit mission.
