Our Fishers Steak 'n Shake is looking for individuals who are eager to grow and have fun while doing it! We are looking for an Assistant Manager to help with the day-to-day responsibilities of managing the restaurant, directing the employees, and ensuring guest satisfaction, as well as any delegated responsibilities (scheduling, ordering, inventory, etc...). The Assistant Manager will partner with the Franchise Partner to meet the business and strategic goals of the restaurant.
