• Qualifications :
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on professional experience with a high school diploma or GED, OR at least 3 years of experience with an associate degree.
• Familiarity with process control, electrical maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing, especially with multi-equipment processes, is a plus.
• Knowledge of Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs, NEC codes, and electrical distribution.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work on a cross-functional team.
• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour day / night shifts and conduct occasional extended hours as needed.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality improvement, and continuous learning.
