About the Role

The Company is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Associate to join their team. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with Commercial Relationship Managers to sell and implement treasury management and commercial deposit services, providing ongoing support to business members. The Treasury Management Sales Associate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including composing and preparing confidential documents, selling treasury management products, and acting as a customer service contact for business members and employees.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in business or finance, with a minimum of 4-5 years' banking experience, including at least 2 years in treasury management. The role requires the ability to work with diverse teams, maintain a diverse and inclusive work environment, and adhere to regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultative selling, be proficient in computer applications, and have the ability to deal with problems in a standardized banking environment. Responsibilities also include acting as a liaison for merchant credit card processing, conducting relationship reviews, and cross-selling other banking products and services.
