Banking &l Restructuring Associate

Location : Roseland New Jersey (Hybrid Modality)

Remuneration : $140000 to $180000 per annum with eligibility for annual bonuses merit-based salary adjustments and client origination incentives.

Position Overview :

• Engage in the negotiation and documentation of sophisticated credit facilities including asset-based lending and commercial real estate financing.
• Advise clients on financial distress scenarios corporate restructuring workouts and insolvency proceedings primarily from a creditors perspective.
• Support on mergers and acquisitions and commercial property transactions.
• Conduct due diligence analyze loan portfolios and prepare transactional documents and bankruptcy-related pleadings.
• Direct client interaction with opportunities for professional growth.
