    The Company is seeking a Vice President, Transformation & Strategy Leader to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of redefining access to affordable, flexible benefits for small and mid-sized businesses. This role is pivotal in driving the company's most critical initiatives, with a focus on both internal operations and external market strategy. Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth evaluations, using data to develop future-ready strategies, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring the sustainable embedding of solutions. The role also involves identifying opportunities for the application of advanced technologies and leading change management to ensure stakeholder alignment. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, or operations leadership, with a strong understanding of the health insurance industry. The role requires a proven track record in delivering large-scale transformation initiatives, strong data analysis and operational design capabilities, and experience with enabling technologies such as automation, analytics, and AI. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
