Job Description Summary

The purpose of this job is to assist with technical work in the installation, maintenance, and repair of underground and overhead electrical transmission equipment. Complies with safety standards and operating policies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by employees in this job. • Assists in installing, repairing, and troubleshooting underground electric lines, overhead electric lines, and transmission equipment.
• Operates specialized electrical and construction equipment.
• Attends training on linework and safety.
• Stocks unit truck and organizes work materials.
• Documents work and material use.
• Regular attendance is a necessary and essential function.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
