We are looking for an experienced Instructor / Trainer to join our team in Raleigh or Charlotte North Carolina. Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to organizational needs.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires, ranging from 90 minutes to 3 hours, to familiarize them with internal systems.
- Provide team training on new applications, system upgrades, and software releases.
- Evaluate and recommend e-learning tools and integrate selected tools into the overall training strategy.
- Deliver one-on-one training sessions to support individual learning needs.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies to keep training content relevant and up to date.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure training materials align with organizational goals.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering technology training programs.
- Familiarity with training in a detail-oriented services environment. Experience training the use of business applications.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to adapt training approaches based on learner needs and technological advancements.
- Experience with document management software is a plus.
- Background in training within a law firm setting is preferred but not required. Experience working in professional services is also a plus.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in employee training or instructional roles.
- Experience training
