Koch Capabilities is seeking an experienced Data Management Analyst to join our Data Management, Enablement, and Transformation (DMET) team! The ideal candidate has previous experience working within Finance, Tax, or Accounting, is self-motivated, works well with ambiguity, is a creative problem solver with the aptitude to drive change, and builds and maintains trusted partnerships with customers.

Our vision is to develop a long-term sustainable capability utilizing data and technology to transform finance, while focusing on safeguarding Koch Finance Data Assets. We aim for our products to be easily reusable, highly transferable, and readily available in centralized and standardized formats.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
What Will Put You Ahead
Previous experience in Accounting, Tax, and / or Finance role.Experience leading complex data projects or initiatives in a large organization.Advanced knowledge of data governance, compliance, or regulatory frameworks relevant to finance.Ability to communicate complex data topics to both technical and non-technical audiences across various levels within the organization.A passion for developing reusable, scalable data products and fostering a culture of stewardship.Proven track record implementing or supporting MDM solutions (EBX, Stibo, Realto, Semarchy).Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Sigma, Tableau), ERPs, analytics platforms (Alteryx), or tax provision or consolidation tools.Deep curiosity and the ability to trace gaps in metadata and quality back to the source to address and resolve issues proactively (root cause analysis).Demonstrated mentoring or coaching of junior analysts and fostering a data-driven culture.
