We’re looking to connect with specialists who can craft compelling narratives, facilitate collaboration, and lead strategic communications.  What You Might Work On  Developing and executing communication strategies for federal programs  Creating content for internal and external audiences (e.g., newsletters, reports, web copy)  Facilitating stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops, and listening tours  Supporting change management and organizational transformation initiatives  Advising on branding, messaging, and outreach best practices  What We Look For  Experience in communications, public affairs, or stakeholder engagement in a federal or consulting environment  Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills  Ability to translate complex technical or policy topics into accessible content  Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) is a plus  Experience with digital communications tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, SharePoint)  US Citizenship or permanent residency required  Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or other cleared federal environments is highly valued; active security clearance is a plus but not required.  Location  Remote (U.S.
