The Risk Management Registered Nurse will report directly to the Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Affairs. The Risk Management Registered Nurse will provide outstanding patient care. This involves performing root cause analysis, management of the event reporting system, and systems review. This candidate will support high quality, safe care by evaluating systems and processing defined or designated confidential Patient Safety Information. They will also collect data via chart review, analysis, recommendation, implementation, trouble-shooting, and support for any given department and facility need.
