Springs Window Fashions is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Environmental Health and Safety Team! The EHS Internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist the team with project support while providing valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study. Our paid internship program is known for having in-depth, challenging project work with cross-functional teams, as well as professional development, job shadowing and other growth opportunities.
Internship Projects and Responsibilities
- EHS Standardization to include : Support standardizing SOP's JHA / JSA & Kaizen EventsCompletes SOP's and Hazard Analysis for all plant functions
- Property Insurance - Build out tracking mechanism for FM Property recommendationsTrack progress and assist with closure
- Plant assessments in USSupport in onsite hands-on experience for plant assessments for EHS maturity and gap analysis
- EHS Core Principles Ehancements for SBOSFoster an SBOS mindset to assist with EHS Core Principle - centralized focus based on data analysis
- SustainabilityGHG TrackingEnterprise approach for automized and standardized tracking methodCollaborate with each business unit to understand vendor sustainability needs from SWF
- TrainingBuildout turnkey training program for Office Associates and Sales Team to include : drivingoffice safetybasic safety needsfire hazard prevention
