Associate & Senior Pre-Litigation Attorney

role.

We are currently seeking skilled Personal Injury Attorneys to join our pre-litigation team. This position is based out of our Newport Beach office and offers the opportunity to work closely with firm leadership on complex, high-value cases. Candidates must have prior personal injury experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage a full caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters through settlement.

Evaluate case value, liability, and treatment to develop case strategy and maximize client recovery.

Maintain consistent communication with clients.

Review demand letters, settlement proposals, and related documentation.

Collaborate with case managers, medical records teams, and supervising attorneys to ensure files progress efficiently.

Monitor treatment progress and guide clients through the pre-litigation process.

Identify and escalate files that require litigation for optimal handling.

Provide exceptional client service and maintain a high standard of professionalism throughout all case stages.

Qualifications :

Active California Bar license in good standing.

Minimum of 1 year of personal injury litigation experience required.

Exceptional communication, analytical, and research skills.

Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Strong client service orientation and team mentality.

Bilingual and / or multi-state licensure is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits :

Starting salary of $140,000+, commensurate with experience and performance.
