Compensation :
$122,500 - $225,000 yearly at plan
Responsibilities :
Guide agents in developing effective sales strategies and business development plans.Provide personalized coaching sessions to enhance agents' skills and boost their confidence.Collaborate with agents to create and implement lead generation techniques that drive results.Foster a supportive and collaborative environment where agents feel empowered to succeed.Monitor agents' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their goals.Organize training workshops and seminars to keep agents updated on industry trends.Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional growth among all team members.Qualifications :
Must be comfortable using CRMs and digital communication platforms.Real Estate License.Detail-oriented and highly organized with time management skills.Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools.Self-starter with the ability to work independently.About Company
