About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of supporting the strategic and financial health of the multi-issue progressive movement. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organization's operations, including managing a team of staff, coordinating with a network of state-based organizations, and providing training and support to strengthen the skills and impact of these groups. The Executive Director will also be involved in grassroots community organizing, strategic coordination, and building robust coalitions to ensure the success of progressive policy and electoral wins. This is a full-time position that requires a dedicated individual with a strong commitment to the values of the organization. The role involves some travel, both within the state and nationally, and may include remote work. The ideal candidate will have a background in civic engagement, a deep understanding of the political landscape, and a proven track record in leadership and management. A collaborative approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders are essential. The Executive Director will play a pivotal role in the organization's efforts to create a prosperous and equitable society, and as such, a passion for social justice and a belief in the power of effective government are fundamental to the position.
