Dock Worker

We are seeking a dependable and physically capable Dock Worker to assist with the manual loading and unloading of units. This role is highly physical and requires constant movement, lifting, and teamwork. Candidates must be comfortable lifting damaged bags weighing up to 50 lbs and are expected to remain on the floor and actively engaged.

Responsibilities

• Manually load and unload units from trailers with a team.
• Handle and reposition damaged or heavy bags (up to 50 lbs).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Flex into other operational areas as needed, such as strapping, staging, and inspection.
• Follow all safety protocols and team coordination procedures.

Work Environment

The work environment is extremely fast-paced, requiring quick movement and timely completion of work orders. The position is based in St. Paul, MN, with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM on the 1st shift. Employees are encouraged to support other departments as needed, fostering a collaborative and flexible workspace.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
