We are looking for an Action-Oriented Account Executive to be a key driver of our growth. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from qualifying inbound leads to closing deals for both our freelance contract and full-time hiring solutions. Success in this role requires a blend of sales expertise, exceptional communication, and a passion for helping companies solve their most critical talent needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Sales Pipeline : Manage the full sales cycle for qualified leads, moving them from initial contact through negotiation and close.
- Qualify and Discover : Conduct discovery calls during working hours to deeply understand client needs, technical requirements, budget, and urgency, ensuring a strong product-market fit.
- Cross-Team Collaboration : Work in close alignment with our Matching Team (Talent / Recruiter counterparts) to clearly communicate client needs, receive candidate matches, and drive deals forward efficiently.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, professional, and consultative relationships with new and prospective clients.
- Master the Product : Become an expert in Arc.dev's unique value proposition, including our vetting process, HireAI matching technology, and flexible engagement models (freelance, full-time, and dedicated teams).
- Process Excellence : Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities and client information in our CRM, demonstrating strong attention to detail and time management skills.
