Schedule : Weekends Off

Salary : $780 - $1125 per week

Work Type : In-person (strictly on-site)

Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in enhancing our customer experience. Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the companys products and services to effectively assist customers.
• Process orders returns and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in the system for future reference and analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
