Job Details

Registered Nurse (Clinical Nursing Preceptor)

Day in life of a Nursing Instructor, Registered Nurse.

6 : 00 AM – Grab your coffee, review your lesson plan, and head to campus — no rushing to prep meds or chart all night.

7 : 00 AM – Greet students, organize clinical assignments, and prep them for real-world patient care.

8 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM – Supervise students during clinical rotations. Offer hands-on guidance and teach them to think like nurses.

12 : 00 PM – 1 : 00 PM – Lunch break. Yes, a real one.

1 : 00 PM – 2 : 30 PM – Debrief with students, answer questions, document performance, and wrap up your day — with daylight still left.

Requirements :

• BSN (Bachelor's Degree in Nursing)
• Active RN license in CA
• 4+ years of clinical nursing experience
