Responsibilities :

  • Provide support across Quality Control, Manufacturing, and Process Development while assisting in data acquisition, analysis and hands-on sample processing.
  • Ensure analytical facilities and equipment (GC-MS / FID, LC-QQQ / Q-TOF, HPLC) are functioning and well-maintained.
  • Develop and optimize analytical methods for the characterization and quantification of various analytes including, but not limited to pharmaceutical intermediates, sweeteners, flavors and fragrances.
  • Engage in cross-team collaborations and disseminate data across various functional teams.
  • Lead establishment of new or updated standard operating procedures for a Food GMP regulated environment, including calibration and documentation
  • Required Qualifications :

  • Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or similar field.
  • 4-7 years’ experience in operations, maintenance and hand-on use of analytical equipment (GC-MS / FID, LC-MS and HPLC), including data processing using ChemStation, OpenLabs & MassHunter
  • Experience with quality standards (food ingredients, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, etc.) is a plus
  • Proven ability to lead, plan, coordinate, and complete analytical projects on difficult problems with cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including excellent presentation skills
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience in manufacturing, regulatory, or quality control environments
  • Experience in R programming / Python for statistical data analysis
