We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, handling both inbound and outbound calls, and delivering exceptional service. Pay Rate : $19.50 / hr Training Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm for 3 weeks Work Schedules : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, 1 Saturday a month from 8am-12pm or Monday-Thursday 12pm-9pm, Friday 8am-5pm Job Duties : Conduct inbound and outbound collection calls for outstanding balances related to government accounts, including fines and fees. Explain account details to customers and provide guidance on resolving delinquencies. Negotiate payment arrangements with customers, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and guidelines. Process payments and update account information accurately and efficiently. Maintain a professional and courteous approach when handling sensitive or challenging customer interactions. Follow up with customers on unpaid balances to ensure timely resolution. Document all call interactions, payment agreements, and outcomes for accurate record-keeping. Adhere to policies and procedures while maintaining a focus on customer service. Escalate unresolved issues to management when necessary. Requirements : High School Diploma or Equivalent 1+ years of customer service experience Ability to multitask between computer systems and screens Must work onsite as this is NOT a remote position
