Quality Technician Round Tops (Day Shift)

Job Overview

The Quality Technician is responsible for assisting or leading the deployment of quality initiatives within Marvin production departments. This person will become an important and highly valued member of the production area team by displaying a strong work ethic and competency for the tasks assigned. Attain a deeper understanding of a formal quality management system. Must be able to work successfully with employees at all levels and disciplines.

Highlights of your role

• Provide direct assistance to Round Tops Product Group on quality related matters. This includes nonconforming materials corrective actions calibration etc. Maintain quality system procedures and statistical databases for products and processes.
• Perform internal product and process audits.
• Train employees at various levels on quality policies procedures and specifications.
• Provide reporting of quality metrics to Round Top Product Group.
• Assist other Quality Department members conduct capability studies on product and processes engagement with control plans and FMEAs and use other quality tools.
• Perform other assigned duties compatible with the Quality Department.
